Anahata Yoga offers classes for students at any level, from those who are brand new to yoga to advanced yogis. You can see our class descriptions and schedule below. Please book a class using the class schedule calendar.


All of our regular studio classes are $25 if you pay per class. Save money with class packsWe offer a 5-class pack for $115 (saves $10) and a 10-class pack for $230 (saves $20). 5-class packs must be used within 3 months of purchase. 10 class packs must be used within 6 months of purchase.

Bright Morning Yoga

Begin the day aligning your body and mind with this mixed level yoga from the heart.

Dynamic Sun Yoga

Dynamic stretch and strength training to optimize your body for longevity.

Lunchtime Sun Yoga

Feed your body with yoga before your week ends and pre-game the weekend with a touch of self care.

Radiant Moon Yoga

Reinvigorate and oxygenate your body with the slow flow class designed to repair your overworked muscles, nourish your spirit, and quiet your mind for improved focus & sleep.

Kids Mindfulness Yoga

Self care is a gift for your kids, especially if they have feeling pressure, stressors, and anxiety.  We work on techniques to empower the child with tools to cope with the stressors of school, activities, and daily life. Through our yoga poses, breathing practices, and we facilitate a more confidence sense of self and calmer centered mind. 

Cancelation Policy & Waiver Form

Cancelation Policy: All sessions require cancelation 24 hours in advance. Participation in any of our classes or activities is subject to this Waiver Agreement.

Private Sessions

In addition to my regular studio classes, I am available for the following sessions. Please contact me and ask about how I can design a personalized yoga session for you.


Private Sessions

One on one sessions provide some well deserved "me time" to focus unapologetically on you. Time to balance your mind, body & spirit. Sessions include a consultation before the postures begin, meditation, an approximately one hour yoga practice, and an optional oneness blessing. All private sessions are one hour.


Prenatal Sessions

Prenatal private sessions are designed to nourish mother & baby. This sacred time together where you are holding the space each other. Time to connect through breath, poses, and meditation. Finding your balance with your baby. The restorative & rejuvenating sessions are one hour.


Postnatal Sessions

Postnatal private sessions begin 5-8 weeks after birth. Session focus on getting momma's body back to basics, with strengthening postures for the pelvic floor & restoring poses for the body post birth. This is a time to connect with self and your new post baby self. The healing & strengthening momma sessions are one hour.
